Q: What is the role of InComm’s brokers?

A: Lunex, UGO Hub, and YNLO are authorized resellers of InComm gift card products, also referred to as brokers. InComm leverages the broker network to onboard locations efficiently, support timely installations, and serve more than 4,500 licensed locations and their players. Each broker maintains a direct relationship with the location issuing gift cards. The broker is responsible for setting credit limits, installation, training, and access to COAM gift card reporting portals. Q: What type of gift cards are allowed as COAM Prizes?

A: Effective July 1, 2026, HB 353 permits both nonreloadable and reloadable gift cards as prizes for Class A and Class B COAM machines. Gift cards may be open loop or closed loop, with various load ranges, activation fees, and features determined by the issuing bank and program manager.

Q: What kind of gift card does InComm offer?

A: InComm’s first product for the Georgia COAM Gift Card Program was the GLC-branded COAM Gift Card. Today, the PrizePay prepaid MasterCard® is widely issued by licensed locations across Georgia. InComm plans to introduce additional gift card products in the Georgia market.

Q: How can gift card value be loaded — and who is authorized to do it?

A: COAM gift cards may be loaded only with value won through successful COAM play at the licensed location; outside deposits are not permitted. Individuals authorized to load PrizePay COAM gift cards include the location licensee, authorized employees, or an approved self-service redemption kiosk. Once loaded, PrizePay gift cards can be used at participating merchants where MasterCard® is accepted.

Q: How can I obtain COAM Gift Card transaction reports?
A: Master License Holders and Location License Holders have access to a Payment Management Platform provided by the assigned broker. Location owners can view real-time transaction reports, invoices, and historical gift card activations from anywhere through the web-based portal. Master license holders can access management-level reporting across all of their locations.
